Keenan dispels some commonly held beliefs and practices in terms of sales that are holding people back from reaching their potential.What I really appreciated about this book was it's brutal honesty, its deep insights, and the fact that it was well-written. Some salesbooks have tremendous content but aren't well written. Gap Selling is the best of both.I highly recommend that you read this book. If you're like me and are in sales leadership, buy a copy of it for your team as a New Year's Gift. They'll love you for it.The MANUAL for selling in 2019 and beyond. I can't say enough about this book and how ever-present it is in my mind as I go about my daily routine and the immediate impact it's had in my meetings. Questions are better.
